1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777zd website, located at https://777zd.cam ("Platform", "Site", "777zd"). The Platform is operated as an online gaming and sports betting information service targeting users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is permitted.

By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction (at minimum 18 years of age, or the higher age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction), that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, and that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 777zd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your account — whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international financial sanctions without appropriate clearance.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed account on the Platform that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party in connection with your account activity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each User may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances at the Operator's sole discretion.

When registering, you must provide:

• Your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document).
• A valid, active email address that you exclusively control.
• A date of birth confirming you meet the minimum age requirement.
• Any additional information requested during the KYC process, including valid identity documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. You must notify the Platform support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The Platform shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5 Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the 777zd Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including local gambling laws.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including collusion with other Users, use of bots or automated betting tools, chip dumping or any form of dishonest play.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers or other means to misrepresent your geographical location or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime.
• Conducting any activity that interferes with the Platform's technical infrastructure or the experience of other Users.
• Creating accounts using false, misleading or third-party identity information.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

Deposits: Users may fund their accounts using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability can change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per the cashier interface. The Platform does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific payment method.

Familiar Payment References for Pakistani Users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are listed as familiar Pakistani payment references. Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to verified account holders who have completed KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

7 Bonuses & Promotions

777zd may from time to time make bonus offers and promotions available to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will be terminated.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough" or "rollover") as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are detailed in the promotion terms.
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted and actively being used by a User.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged or converted to cash except by satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The Platform offers betting and gaming across multiple categories including cricket, sports, live dealer, slots, table games, esports and instant games. The following general rules apply to all forms of play:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for reviewing their selections before confirmation. The Platform will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• The Platform reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or events where the market was opened or settled incorrectly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market and event as displayed in the Platform at the time of placing the bet.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice during fast-moving game situations. Bets placed and confirmed before suspension are not affected.

9 KYC & Identity Verification

777zd is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) checks in accordance with its compliance obligations. Users may be required to submit the following documents at any stage:

• Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or similar document dated within three months confirming your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, mobile wallet confirmation).

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• At the request of a User exercising self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy.

A User may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any genuine balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account (subject to completed KYC and absence of pending disputes) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform.
• Use of Platform content in a manner that disparages, misrepresents or harms the 777zd brand.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777zd and its Operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its content. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Platform shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a User's own gambling activity or decisions.
• Financial losses arising from payment method unavailability, processing delays or third-party provider issues.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the Platform.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure or circumstances outside the Operator's reasonable control.
• Consequences arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14 Legal Context & Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Operator holds its applicable license. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that:

• The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related Pakistani legislation impose significant restrictions on gambling activities within Pakistan.
• The legal status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan may be subject to ongoing regulatory change and judicial interpretation.
• This Platform is not licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani authority.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15 Changes to These Terms

777zd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

We recommend that all Users review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
